The grain cleaning equipment is designed for cleaning and grading seeds, grains, cereals, and other granular products. It can be configured for different applications and processing needs. The working principle combines air suction to remove dust and light impurities, while the material falls onto sieve layers where separation is achieved based on width and thickness differences. All oversized and undersized impurities are discharged through separate outlets. With customizable sieve layers and flexible equipment combinations, this machine offers wider applications and significantly improved grading efficiency.

After feeding, the raw materials are lifted by a bucket elevator and pass through a negative-pressure dust removal system, which effectively removes dust, husks, and other light impurities via the air duct. The material then flows into the vibrating sieve, where customized sieve plates separate oversized and undersized impurities. Finally, the cleaned material enters a positive-pressure gravity separator to eliminate lighter contaminants such as empty grains, sprouted kernels, insect-damaged seeds, and moldy particles.

Impurity Outlet: Specially designed discharge port ensures effective separation of impurities from seeds, saving both time and labor.

Large Impurity & Small Seed Outlets: Independent outlets efficiently remove oversized impurities and undersized seeds, guaranteeing higher purity and larger output of cleaned seeds.

Dehulling Device (Model 600/700): Upgraded version equipped with a dehulling function, combining seed cleaning and dehulling in one machine for dual-purpose use.

Bagging Outlet: Dual bagging ports at the rear make bagging more convenient, ensuring smooth seed collection and improving efficiency while reducing manual effort.
