The automatic round baler and wrapper machine can bundle and wrap wheat straw, corn straw, soybean straw, alfalfa grass, and hay silage after being cut by a chaff cutter. The silage bale making machine achieves a fully automatic process in production. The newly upgraded double-film wrapping and belt baling design improves work efficiency and reduces material leakage. The silage bale making machine can produce bales with a size of Φ650*520mm and a weight of 80-120kg.

1. Inner film bundling replaces net rope, equivalent to wrapping with 4 extra layers of inner film. The double film wrapping adds 2 layers, resulting in 2 layers of outer film plus 4 layers of inner film, for a total of 6 layers of film. This allows for faster fermentation, longer storage, and lower costs. Inner film bundling replaces net bundling, and the multi-layer film wrapping prevents moisture loss.
2. The silage bale making machine has 14 thickened support rollers for lifting and support, and the baling chamber uses a belt design, preventing material leakage during the baling process.
3. The machine automatically alarms when the chamber is full, and the bales are transported to the wrapping table via a conveyor chain.
4. The double-film wrapping design results in faster baling speed, significantly improving work efficiency.

5. The base plate uses 8mm thick pickled steel plate, which is sturdy and corrosion-resistant.
6. The bearings use 6207 Swiss bearings and 6206 Harbin bearings, ensuring reliable operation for extended periods.
7. The silage bale making machine's main motor is 7.5kw, the wrapping table motor is 0.75kw, the swing arm motor is 0.37kw, and the 90-liter 3kw air pump ensures stable machine operation.
8. The hopper motor is 2.2kw, with a volume of 3 cubic meters, and can be linked with the baling machine.
