Wood Chip Briquette Press

The wood chip briquette press, also called a metal powder cake press, is a cold-pressing molding machine that cold-presses metal scrap powder into standard recycled materials, cold-presses coke into combustible cakes, and handles other special materials. It is suitable for pressing iron filings, aluminum filings, steel filings, alloy filings, wood chips, high-grade ball milled cast iron filings, iron fine powder, coke, ball milling cast iron filings, sponge iron, magnesium powder, silicon powder, slag powder, metal bottle caps, and other metal filings. It forms high-density cylindrical cake blocks (weighing 2-10 kg) without adding any adhesive. The density of the cake blocks can reach more than 5T/m³ (the raw materials are different, and the weight of the pressed cake blocks varies depending on the density). The pressed cake pieces can be put directly into the furnace for use.

1. The small wood chip briquette press machine can press copper, aluminum, iron, steel chips, and other scrap materials generated from hardware processing into a single round cake with a diameter of 70 mm.

2. It saves storage space and transportation costs. Cutting oil is automatically recovered during briquetting, with a recovery rate of more than 95%. It is suitable for aluminum alloy profile factories, steel casting plants, aluminum casting plants, copper casting plants, and so on.

The wood chip briquette press machine uses a hydraulic system to drive the hydraulic cylinder. The output of high pressure will cold press metal chips, wood chip powder, and other raw materials into cylindrical cakes, ensuring that the original material remains unchanged during molding.
