Horizontal Bandsaw Mill

1. Upper giant wheel: It is composed of steel parts and cast iron parts. There is a set of bearing boxes at both ends of the

central shaft. (310 bearings are installed inside) installed on the column pole and the upper wheel support frame. It is the

main part that drives the band saw blade to saw timber.
2. Upper wheel support frame: cast iron, which is the main part supporting the upper saw wheel. It has balance levers, jack

bars, hanging weights, sawdust scrapers, column bus seats, column rods, an upper saw wheel lifting system, etc.
3. Upright rod: the upper part is connected to the upper saw wheel bearing box, and the lower part is the lifting screw rod,

which is the main part for supporting and lifting the upper saw wheel.
4. Flat base: cast iron, with upper saw wheel support frame assembly on top, lower saw wheel assembly on the bottom,

and thickness adjustment assembly on the front, which is the workbench when sawing wood.

1. Lower saw wheel: cast iron, with a set of bearing boxes at both ends of the main shaft, (310 bearings inside) are fastened

on the lower wheel bracket, which can be adjusted front, rear, left, and right. After the saw blade is hung, the lower saw wheel

drives the upper saw wheel, to form a cutting ability to achieve the purpose of sawing timber.
