Wood debarkers are suitable for large, medium, and small paper mills, pulp mills, wood chip mills, wood processing plants, forestry plants, wood storage yards, and artificial board factories (such as plywood factories, medium-density fiberboard factories, etc.), particularly in the southern forest areas of my country (Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Sichuan, Hainan, etc.). When logging forests, the bark must be peeled off first.

Wood debarkers are mainly composed of a feeding mechanism, discharging mechanism, cutterhead, transmission system, chassis, and other parts. By utilizing the force generated by the rotor with peeling teeth, the wood is constantly rubbed, impacted, and squeezed against the teeth and bins, resulting in the quick separation of bark and achieving high efficiency in bark removal.

The wood debarking machine is suitable for debarking newly felled coniferous wood and some broadleaf wood. It can also complete the debarking process for some frozen wood and dry wood. The machine has a good peeling effect on frozen wood, bentwood, eucalyptus, oak, elm, and other difficult-to-bark tree species.

1. To give full play to the performance of this machine, the number of operators should not be less than 2;
2. There should be no iron, stone, or other debris in the scratching materials;
3. When working, appropriately adjust the material feeding amount. Too much may easily cause overloading and stalling, and too little may affect the barium-cutting efficiency;
4. If there is material blockage during work, do not force feed it with hands or iron rods, and the machine should be stopped immediately to clear it;
5. During work, if any abnormality is found or abnormal sounds are heard, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. The power supply must be cut off before inspection, and it is prohibited to troubleshoot while the machine is running;
6. Each moving part should be filled with butter once a day, and the main bearing needs to be filled with lithium-based grease once every 300 hours of use;
7. When stopping work, let the machine idle for two minutes, blow out the dust and weeds in the machine, and then shut down.
