Machine Maintenance
1. Due to prolonged operation, the bearings on the shaft should be lubricated with grease. The machine should be lubricated twice during its running time to prevent the bearings from overheating and being damaged, which could affect normal operation.
2. When the blades become worn, they should be removed and sharpened using a blade grinder or manually with sandstone to restore sharpness for reuse. Dull blades not only decrease output but also increase the risk of damaging the machine.
3.After the V-belt has been in use for some time, its tightness should be readjusted. Press the belt with your fingers in the middle; it should have a drop of 6-10mm.
4. At the end of each day's work, the machine should be cleaned, and all components checked for looseness to prolong its service life.
