The correct use of machinery and equipment, careful implementation of maintenance regulations, and strict adherence to operating procedures are necessary conditions for extending the service life of the machine, improving production efficiency, and ensuring production. Therefore, it is recommended that users establish maintenance and operating procedures. Operators should be familiar with the machine structure and operating procedures, and also pay attention to the following points:

(1) The hydraulic oil added to the oil tank should strictly use high-quality wear-resistant hydraulic oil, undergo strict filtration, and always maintain sufficient oil volume. If there is insufficient oil, it should be immediately filled with oil.

(2) The fuel tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every six months, but the filtered oil should not exceed one month. New oil that has been used once is allowed to be reused after strict filtration.

(3) Each lubrication point of the machine should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.

(4) The debris inside the material box should be cleaned in a timely manner.
