Working Principle

The working principle of the horizontal vibrating screen is that the motor transmits power to the drive shaft through a V-belt, which is then driven by gears with a fixed speed ratio, causing the three shafts to rotate synchronously. This motion generates an excitation force, driving the screen box to perform continuous forced elliptical movement.

The material is driven by this motion and is continuously thrown forward along a circular trajectory on the horizontal screen surface. During the throwing process, the material is loosened and stratified while simultaneously moving forward. This process is repeated to achieve particle size classification and continuous conveying.

Feature

The feeding device of the electrostatic sorting machine is a key factor affecting sorting purity. According to different material characteristics, the machine adopts a unique feeding method or independent frequency conversion speed control to ensure uniform feeding into the corona electric field, thereby achieving optimal separation performance.

The double-roll electrostatic separator enables secondary separation of metals on the second roll, significantly improving metal purity.

Compared with single-roll electrostatic separators, the double-roll design allows for secondary separation within the same process, saving time and labor while increasing overall productivity.

During operation, the equipment generates high voltage up to tens of thousands of volts. Therefore, special attention must be paid to operator safety. Even after shutdown, residual high voltage may remain inside the machine, posing potential risks. To address this, our company has specially designed an automatic discharge function to ensure safe operation.

After a period of operation, dust accumulation inside the equipment may affect separation efficiency. To solve this issue, a dedicated dust blowing device is designed to maintain stable and effective sorting performance.

The electrostatic separator uses a stable high-voltage power supply. However, voltage fluctuations may occur due to changes in humidity or peak electricity consumption periods, which can affect sorting quality. To ensure consistent performance, our company has equipped the machine with an automatic voltage regulator to maintain stable high-voltage output.

Application

Mainly used for aluminum-plastic separation: including aluminum-plastic panels, flexible packaging materials, pharmaceutical blister packaging, aluminum-plastic wires, and other aluminum-plastic composite materials;

Copper-plastic separation: including wires and cables, waste circuit boards and scraps, copper-plastic pipes, and other copper-plastic composite materials;

Other mixed material separation: including metal ore sorting, fly ash decarbonization, slag metal recovery, plastic and sand separation, tea leaves and stems separation, flaxseed kernel and shell separation, and hair and other lightweight material separation.
