Container Metal Scrap Shear

The container metal scrap shear is mainly used for cutting waste scrap steel, angle steel, round steel, steel plates, stainless scrap, steel rebar, construction steel wire, copper and aluminum profiles, and various ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This scrap metal horizontal shear machine is also used to cut heavy metal scrap, automobile scrap, ELV scrap, and old/used car bodies. The advantages of the container shear compared to common guillotine shears can be summarized as follows:

11. Thanks to the horizontal cut with a large guided blade carriage, there is minimal wear.

12. The forces acting on the blade carriage always tend towards the center, avoiding twisting forces.

13. All inner surfaces have a wear plate cover, reducing overall wear.

Scrap is introduced from above, and due to the movement of the pre-compressor, the scrap automatically slides down, with cut scrap pushed out from the front.
