The spiral bar forming machine consists of an electric motor, hydraulic components (oil pump, hydraulic motor, electronic valve, oil tank pipe, etc.), pre-adjusting wheel, straightening gearbox, rounding assembly, cutting assembly, CNC electrical control program, etc. The PLC motherboard starts the control of the motor to drive the oil pump, starts the hydraulic component to drive the straightening gearbox to drive the material forward, moves to the rounding assembly to complete the circle forming, and then cuts off the oil cylinder to cut the material upward to complete the operation.
