Working Principle
The steel is placed on the I-beam cold bending machine and comes into contact with the roller driven by the reduction gear. The pressing handle is then advanced and locked. The motor and oil pump unit are started, and the high-pressure oil from the electric oil pump passes through the overflow valve (all pressure is adjustable) into the integrated block to the solenoid valve. The electro-hydraulic valve and the jog switch (jog forward, jog backward) control the cylinder's operation. The working cylinder advances, pressing the I-beam against the three supporting rollers. The bending deformation begins to be calculated at this point. The cylinder advances in increments of 10mm-15mm. The main motor is started to drive the I-beam. This process is repeated until the desired shape is achieved.
