This automatic rebar bending machine mainly consists of a mechanical part and a control part. The mechanical part mainly comprises a rebar feeding mechanism, a rebar bending mechanism, and a rebar clamping mechanism; the control system mainly consists of a programmable controller, contact relays, and a switching power supply.

 

The working principle of an automatic rebar bending machine is a horizontal working disc rotating on a vertical axis. The rebar is placed in the appropriate position, and a support pin is fixed to the machine tool. A central pin and a bending pin are mounted on the working disc. As the disc rotates, it bends the rebar. To bend rebar of various diameters, there are several holes on the working disc for inserting the bending pins, and the central pins of different diameters can also be replaced accordingly.
