The tray washing machine uses high-pressure spray flushing as the main cleaning method, approximately 80°C hot alkaline water as the main detergent, and approximately 80°C hot water as the primary cleaning force. The basket cleaning equipment consists of hot alkaline water spray section, hot water spray section, clean water spray section, disinfectant water spray section, and drying section. The disinfectant water spray section and drying section can be customized according to customer requirements. All materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

1. The tray washing machine mainly consists of input, pre-wash, main cleaning, rinsing, and output parts.

2. The tray washing machine's rational waterway design achieves water savings, with water consumption at only 500L/hour.

3. The pre-wash water tank and main cleaning water tank are equipped with steam heating and temperature control devices to adjust the water temperature for optimal cleaning.

4. The conveying device adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing the conveying chain speed to be adjusted from 0.7-7 meters/minute to meet cleaning requirements under different conditions.

5. The main cleaning part of the basket washing machine is equipped with a swing nozzle cleaning system, ensuring effective cleaning results.

6. The conveying guide rod can be adjusted to accommodate utensils of various sizes for cleaning.

7. Large removable panels on both sides of the tunnel facilitate easy maintenance and cleaning.

8. The basket washing machine uses nozzles that can be disassembled without tools, with easily adjustable directions.

9. Both pre-washing and main cleaning parts are equipped with filter systems. The filter tank is easy to remove and clean.

10. It is suitable for cleaning plastic trays, egg trays, stainless steel lunch boxes, parts molds, breeding boxes, flower cultivation boxes, hot pot base molds, chocolate molds, barbecue plate turnover baskets, etc.
