The Commercial Carrot Peeler is capable of peeling carrots, cucumbers, radishes, sedges, and other long vegetables. It is designed to be fed into the machine via a feed table conveyor for efficient peeling. Vegetables pass through the machine using 20 pairs of pendant conveyor rollers and undergo peeling at 8 stations equipped with a total of 16 blades. The peeling stations are strategically positioned to ensure complete peeling as the product moves through the machine. The conveyor system and peeling stations are optimized to accommodate the shape of various vegetables, ensuring perfect and reliable peeling results even for curved products.
