The coconut milk processing machine typically consists of several steps and machinery that process coconuts into coconut milk. Here is a general overview of the process.
1. The coconut peeling machine, During operation, the motor is driven by sprocket to rotate the driving roller. The driving roller drives the wheel to rotate through the gear. The old coconut is manually placed between the two rollers and gently pressed to make the old coconut roll on the peeling roller to achieve the peeling effect. The equipment is made of all-carbon steel. If customers need it, it can be made of stainless steel.
2. The coconut husking machine, When working, the motor is driven by sprocket to rotate the main shaft, so that the two cutter discs mounted on both ends of the main shaft can be rotated. The cutter disc is equipped with a plurality of cutter teeth. The cutter teeth are detachable and convenient for replacement. The shell rod is mounted in the front portion of the cutter disc. When working, place the coconut eye on the tip of the shelling rod, then slowly tilt the coconut to the cutter head for shelling, and gently rotate the coconut until the shells are removed.
3. Coconut meat skin removing machine, At work, people lift the copra and stick to the peeling knife, then quickly turn the copra to remove the top skin of the copra. Compared with the traditional artificial plane peeling method, it saves labor and greatly improves work efficiency.

4. Coconut meat crusher machine, The motor is driven by a belt to rotate the grinding disc at a high speed. The grinding disc is equipped with a plurality of cutter teeth. The material enters the machine cavity from the feeding hopper, and in contact with teeth, is discharged from the hopper. The cutter teeth are made of 1cr13 material with high hardness, toughness, and good corrosion resistance.
5. The main component of the juice extractor is a spiral. The diameter of the spiral gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is propelled by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced to form a squeeze of the material and juice. The direction of rotation of the spiral main shaft is from the feed hopper to the slag groove direction, which is clockwise. The raw material is added to the feed hopper and pressed under the advancement of the spiral.
