This banana pulp making machine is designed for pulping, peeling, and depitting raw materials such as berries and tomatoes, effectively separating juice from residue. It is commonly used in juice concentration and subsequent processing stages. Applications include peeling, destemming, and pulping berries; removing seeds and fibrous strands from vegetables; and extracting pulp from medicinal herbs while removing skins and seeds.

Once the material enters the screen cylinder, the rotating scrapers and the lead angle of the blades cause it to move in a spiral path along the cylinder. Under the influence of centrifugal force and friction, the juice passes through the screen mesh, while skins and seeds are separated and discharged through the residue outlet.
A V-belt drive rotates the rotor assembly at high speed. Fruit enters through the feed inlet, and feeding blades spirally convey the material to the pulping bars, where it is crushed. Centrifugal force drives the juice and flesh (now pulped) through the screen mesh for the next processing stage, while pits are expelled through the residue outlet by discharge blades, achieving automatic separation of pulp and residue.
