During the crushing process, the rotor generates high-speed airflow in the direction of the blade rotation. The material is accelerated within this airflow and undergoes repeated impact, cutting, and friction, simultaneously experiencing three types of crushing forces. The crushed material is then carried by the airflow into the drum sieve for screening. Fine particles are transported with the airflow into the collector, while coarse particles automatically return to the crusher for further grinding. This cycle continues until the desired fineness is achieved.

Toothed Claw Crusher:
The stainless steel toothed claw crusher is primarily composed of a shell, rotor, toothed claw, and other components. Through the interaction between the high-speed rotor and fixed toothed claws, materials are crushed to the desired particle size.

Sacron Wind Closers:
Sacron air closers are installed beneath the Sacron dust collector to transport materials from the inlet to the outlet. They prevent air from entering through the outlet, effectively creating an airlock to maintain system integrity.

Pulse Dust Collector:
The pulse dust removal device is a highly efficient dust collection system. It offers advantages such as high dust removal efficiency, large air handling capacity, stable performance, and ease of operation and maintenance.

Ventilator:
The ventilator generates airflow to transport crushed materials to the designated location while maintaining air pressure balance inside the crusher. Its air volume and pressure are precisely calibrated to meet the operational requirements of the crusher.
