Working Principle
The main component of this commercial carrot juicer machine is a spiral. The bottom diameter of the spiral gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases along the direction of the slag outlet. When the material is pushed by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced, forming a squeeze on the material.
The direction of rotation of the spiral main shaft is clockwise from the feed hopper to the slag trough.
The raw material is added to the feed hopper and is pressed by the spiral. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom outlet through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the gap formed between the spiral and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the axial movement of the pressure regulating head. When the handwheel bearing seat is transferred clockwise by hand (from the slag trough of the equipment to the feed hopper), the pressure regulating head moves to the left, and the gap is reduced, otherwise the gap becomes larger. Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of the slag discharge, can change the juice discharge rate. However, if the gap is too small, under strong extrusion, some slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice. Although the juice discharge increases, the quality of the juice is relatively reduced. The size of the gap should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user.
