The paper plastic separating machine effectively separates the pulp and plastic from plastic-coated materials such as papermaking waste, milk cartons, packaging paper, laminated paper, paper cups, and PP bag covers. It does this directly without heating or chemicals, allowing for recycling of the water, increasing its value. Working Principle
During operation, the drive shaft drives the chassis and rotor in powerful rotation. The pulp moves downward along the rotor surface, then is flung from the underside of the rotor toward the trough wall. It then rises along the trough wall, where it undergoes a further vortex kneading cycle generated by the powerful motion of the blade disc. This causes the various paper and plastic materials to tumble up and down within the machine, rotating circumferentially and subjecting them to continuous, high-intensity impact from all directions. The shearing action of the blade disc and the continuous friction between the screen plate fully breaks the pulp into fibers without cutting or damaging the fibers. The pulp then flows out of the pulp outlet below the screen plate. Impurities such as plastic sheets and film are minimally shattered and discharged from the slag outlet next to the trough, completely separating the film and plastic from the fibers.
