The main body of the shredder: The main body of the equipment is constructed using Q plate welding and stress relief treatment, or overall machining, ensuring long-term stability under heavy loads.
Moving knife/fixed knife: The moving knife is forged from special alloy tool steel, undergoes precision machining, multiple heat treatments, and low-temperature freezing heat treatment technology. This process ensures consistent overall toughness and hardness, allowing for repeated repairs and use to maintain cutting performance and service life. The fixed knife utilizes a patented hook-type installation, optimizing tool replacement function and facilitating efficient tool maintenance and replacement.
Bearing/Seal: The bearing seat employs a patented split-and-disassemble type, allowing for quick removal of movable knife, fixed knife, bearing, and other components, simplifying maintenance and knife replacement. The unique sealing structure effectively prevents contact between broken objects and grease, enabling handling of liquid materials and providing protection for bearings and gears.
Cutter shaft: Made of high-strength and heavy-duty special steel, the cutter shaft works in tandem with cutting tools to provide powerful cutting force.
Rack hopper: Customizable to suit customer sites, the rack hopper can be seamlessly integrated into production lines for mass production.
High-efficiency motor reducer: Utilizes well-known domestic brand energy-efficient standard motors, ensuring stability of the power system. Products undergo load testing before leaving the factory.
Electrical control system: Adopts brand-name electrical components and intelligent control systems for main electrical control. Material conveying devices feature contacts in the electrical box control, simplifying and ensuring safe operation.
Multiple protection system: The shredding system incorporates multiple intelligent protections including mechanical and electrical safeguards. It features main motor start protection, automatic feeding relaxation to prevent overload, motor jamming and overload protection, and automatic material reversal and redistribution (adjustable number of reversals).
Noise reduction and dust reduction measures: Designed to minimize exhaust noise and dust, ensuring equipment operating point noise is ≤85 (DB)A.
Working Principle
The industrial shredder machine utilizes blades on two axes to shear materials, meeting the requirements of shredding. The size of the shredded material depends on the thickness and number of teeth on the shredding blade.
