The fully automatic carton erector machine is specialized equipment designed to automatically open, form, and fold the bottom flaps of a carton-simultaneously sealing the bottom with tape-before conveying it to the case packer. 1. Flat cartons are loaded into the magazine; the carton erector machine uses suction cups to grip the carton and forcefully pull it open.
2. The bottom flaps of the opened carton are folded into position.
3. Once folded, the bottom is sealed with tape, and the carton is conveyed to the next stage of the process. While the opening process may appear simple, successful operation relies on the precise coordination of all the machine's components.

 

1. Custom-designed hoppers are available to meet specific industry material requirements; the hopper capacity accommodates 60–100 cartons, offering superior storage and reducing the frequency of manual loading.
2. Size changeovers are quick and easy: simply loosen the handwheel and adjust the carton spacing. The system supports multi-dimensional locking, making it compatible with various carton sizes.
3. High-quality suction cups ensure stable, reliable gripping and offer exceptional durability and a long service life.
4. After the bottom flaps are folded, a stainless steel top plate holds the carton in place; this ensures the bottom sealing mechanism applies tape smoothly and wrinkle-free, resulting in consistent, trouble-free operation.
5. Different carton sizes require specific flap-folding configurations; single or multiple flap-folding units can be customized. Multi-unit setups are particularly effective for oversized or non-standard cartons, ensuring a neat and aesthetically pleasing finish.
6. The carton erector machine features PLC and display screen controls, greatly simplifying operation and management while reducing labor requirements and intensity. It can be integrated with automatic case packers and sealers to streamline workflows and lower packaging costs.
