    How Does it Work?

    The core of a tahini making machine colloid mill consists of a rotor and a stator, both precision-engineered to work together. The rotor, typically a high-speed spinning disc, is positioned inside a stationary stator with a small gap separating the two. Material to be processed is introduced into this gap and subjected to intense mechanical forces.

    2. Grinding and Shearing: As the material enters the gap between the rotor and the stator, it undergoes intense shear forces. The rotor's high-speed rotation causes the material to be sheared and ground into smaller particles.

    3. Dispersion: The resulting particles or droplets are uniformly dispersed throughout the liquid medium. This dispersion process is what makes the colloid mill invaluable in creating emulsions and suspensions.

    4. Outlet: The homogenized product is discharged through an outlet, ready for further processing or packaging.
