The chocolate tempering machine is widely used in chocolate and bakery shops. The modular design allows this machine to grow with your business by adding options like an enrober, cooling tunnel, or other accessories. The capacity can also be expanded by adding items such as heating cabinets, which assist with quick chocolate changes. The smallest model is the SG08, but larger capacities are also available. The chocolate temperature can be read and set on the display controller. The transparent glass lid allows you to directly see the chocolate inside. Additionally, the wheel, chocolate collector, and pan are removable without the use of tools for quick and easy cleaning. Different shapes of chocolate molds can be selected according to your preferences.

Feature
1. Wheel-Type Tempering Machine:
Its shape, accurate temperature control, and constant agitation by the wheel action allow the chocolate to be kept in perfect temper automatically.
2. Food-Grade Stainless Steel:
The Wheel Tempering Chocolate Machine is made from food-grade stainless steel, built to last, and requires low maintenance. It is easy to disassemble and clean.
3. Fully Automatic:
The machine uses a microprocessor with forced hot air. Manual temperature adjustment is available (up to 140 degrees during the melt cycle and 100 degrees in temper mode). Set and hold the temper point at 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Adjustable Chocolate Spout:
The adjustable chocolate spout allows you to have complete control over the chocolate flow. By adjusting the stainless steel spout on the wheel, you can increase the flow to fill larger chocolate molds or reduce it for smaller molds.

Tips for Use:
Remove all packaging materials such as cartons, foil, etc.
Place the appliance on a dry, stable, non-slip, and heat-resistant surface.
Never place the appliance on or near a hotplate or a hot oven.
Clean the unit before using it for the first time.
