Today we introduce a new customer from Malta. This customer purchased a vegetable transplanter from our company to transplant his cauliflower and onion seedlings. This customer has an agricultural company that mainly sells tractors and related farm products. he also grows his own lettuce and onions for sale.
He consulted in our company about a self-propelled onion transplanter. After our salesman sent the product information, he provided us with his drawings. The customer needed two machines: For Onion: 4-row transplanter, row space is 30cm, planting space is 10cm, For cauliflower: 2-row staggered transplanter, row space is 75cm, planting space is 60cm. The planting information provided by the customer has brought great help to the communication between us. This drawing makes us clearer knowing the customer's farm planting information also allows our sales to provide more suitable machines. After a series of discussions, the customer also equipped it with film mulching and drip irrigation functions. In the later stage, the customer also needed to change the planting space to 5cm, we told the customer that our machine is adjustable from 8-20cm. After that, we helped the customer solve many problems and reached a unanimous cooperation with the customer.
