Recently, a client from the Indonesian metal recycling industry visited Shuliy Machinery's factory in China and ordered a customized metal briquetting machine.
The client operates a metal recycling plant in Indonesia, primarily collecting and recycling metal chips and scrap generated during industrial processing. The raw materials-consisting mainly of metal chips and small scrap pieces under 5 cm in size-are suitable for direct processing in our briquetting machine, eliminating the need for pre-processing with a shredder.
Although the client had prior experience using Japanese-made metal briquetting machines, their existing equipment could no longer meet current production capacity requirements. Consequently, they sought a machine capable of higher throughput and more efficient scrap processing while ensuring high briquette density.

To meet the client's production needs and expected operating conditions, the machine is equipped with a water cooling system. This system helps regulate the temperature of critical components during continuous operation, ensuring stable performance during high-volume production.
The machine utilizes a Chinese-brand PLC control system, enabling our technical team to easily provide remote troubleshooting and support when needed. Remote support is particularly valuable for overseas clients, as it eliminates the need for engineers to travel to the site for adjustments or troubleshooting.
In addition to supplying the machine, our team provided a factory layout plan. Before delivery, our engineers consulted with the client regarding available floor space to plan the machine's placement and workflow. This allowed the client to prepare the installation area in advance and provided a clear strategy for integrating the new briquetting machine into their existing recycling facility.
