Customer Background
The customer is from Tanzania and owns a poultry farm. To expand his business and make better use of local resources, he planned to start an egg tray production project and purchased an egg tray making machine for self-use.
The customer first found Shuliy through Google search in July 2025 and sent an inquiry. After several months of project preparation, including purchasing land near a river for the future factory site, the customer planned to start production in April 2026.
Project Process
In June, the customer contacted Shuliy again to learn more about the egg tray machine. One of his main questions was whether river water could be used during the egg tray production process.
After understanding the customer's situation and production plan, Shuliy recommended the smallest suitable production model according to his actual needs. We also explained the production process, machine operation, and related requirements in detail to help the customer better understand the project.
During the communication period, the customer planned to visit the factory and arranged a freight forwarder to assist with the purchase. In mid-June, the customer informed us that he was preparing for the factory visit.
To help the customer understand our company before visiting, Shuliy actively shared factory videos, machine introduction videos, and production information. These materials allowed the customer to see our manufacturing environment and equipment quality in advance.
In early July, the customer provided the contact information of his freight forwarder. At the end of July, the freight forwarder visited Shuliy's factory on behalf of the customer and completed the factory inspection. After confirming the machine details and cooperation information, the customer paid a deposit of RMB 5,000.
