Meat Smoking Machine

 

 

The meat smoking machine is mainly composed of three parts: the furnace body, the control box and the smoke chamber. The smoking body is made of 304 stainless steel. It is a place for smoking, coloring, cooking, and drying. There are fans and copper coils on the upper part. The function of the fan is to diffuse the hot air and smoke sucked up by the motor to achieve the more uniform effect, the better the wind circulation, the better the smoke effect and the better the product quality.

 

When the copper coil is used for the drying function, the steam enters the copper coil through the steam-reserved port. The copper has good thermal conductivity, fast heat transfer, and increases the contact space, and the temperature rises faster.

1. The electric heating tubes are on both sides of the meat smoking machine, the heating speed is fast and the heating is uniform.

3. There is a drain at the bottom of the meat smoking machine to remove the water droplets formed by the condensation of steam.

 

4. The meat smoking machine is also equipped with an adjustable damper for smoke volume, and the filter screen can prevent soot from entering the pipeline.

 

5. The flue pipe is short, less pollution, easy to disassemble and wash. Optimize the air circulation state inside the box to ensure controllable and uniform material processing throughout the box, and achieve low-consumption output.
