The electronic egg sorting machine uses an electronic weighing sensor to sense egg weight, converts the weight signal into an electrical signal, and transmits it to a control system. The control system analyzes and processes the signal according to preset weight grade standards, controlling the grading mechanism to assign the eggs to the corresponding grade area. The PLC egg sorting machine, comprised of a conveyor belt and rollers, smoothly transports eggs to each workstation, effectively preventing them from rolling and colliding.

1. A manually operated egg sucker can suck up to 30 eggs per operation and place them on the egg conveyor.

1. A manually operated 5x6 suction cup lifts eggs from the egg tray, 30 eggs at a time, and places them on the egg conveyor.

2. The large silicone roller egg conveyor with guide strips ensures even egg flow within six guide rails, allowing eggs to transition from six rows to a single row, and then smoothly onto the single-row rollers of the egg grader.

3. An LED light detector is installed beneath the single-row rollers. As eggs pass through the rollers, human eyes use light to detect broken eggs, misshapen eggs, black core eggs, moldy eggs, and other unacceptable eggs.

4. The PLC electronic egg sorting machine features self-diagnostic functionality and intelligently counts the number of eggs in each grade per shift, as well as the total number of eggs in each grade. The grading accuracy is ±1 gram.
