The briquette forming machine has a pair of cylindrical shaped wheels with parallel axes to each other, the same diameter, and a certain gap between each other, and there are many hemispherical fossa of the same shape and size and regular arrangement on the shaped wheel, and the type wheel is the main component of the forming machine. Briquette forming machine can press briquettes, coke and various carbon products, and the use of iron powder can press the forming of sponge iron and various mineral powders.
Structural properties and principles
1. The machine adopts a multi-function mechanism to make the cloth, pressing, and demolding in turn.
2. The transmission mechanism adopts three-stage transmission, double crank strong pressing, disc friction on the high-speed transmission shaft, clutch and flywheel device to play overload protection and energy storage.
3. The motor adopts self-coupling step-down start to ensure the normal operation of the motor.
4. The machine has fast running speed, large output and easy operation, and changing the mold can produce briquettes, coke and other special-shaped products with specifications within the range of (φ85-φ150mm).
The forming machine is the key equipment of the briquette forming process, and whether its structure is reasonable directly affects the quality of briquette. Under the drive of the motor, the two wheels rotate at the same speed and opposite directions, and when the material falls on the two wheels and begins to be pressurized at the junction, the raw material produces volume compression between the corresponding two ball sockets; The shape wheel rotates continuously, the ball socket gradually closes, the pressure of the briquette equipment gradually increases, and when the distance between the two ball sockets is the smallest, the forming pressure reaches the maximum. Then the shape wheel rotates to gradually separate the ball and socket, and the forming pressure decreases rapidly. Before the forming pressure is reduced to zero, the pressed briquettes begin to expand and detach. The relationship curve between forming pressure and compression ratio of briquette machinery is also called forming characteristic curve, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of forming machine.
