The Fried Dough Twist Forming Machine is a newly designed hydraulic-type twist snack maker featuring a simple operation and a three-speed adjustment structure. During production, prepared dough is placed into the machine, where it is gently pressed and extruded through a mold. As the mold rotates, it automatically twists and shapes the dough into beautifully patterned strands. A timed cutter then adjusts the length of each piece freely, ensuring uniformity and visual appeal.
This machine is equipped with a stepless speed control motor, allowing the production speed to be easily adjusted as needed. The hydraulic forming process produces smooth, uniform twists without overheating the dough, preserving its original taste. With automatic cutting and adjustable length, it can produce dough strands with diameters ranging from 3.2 to 8 mm. Finished products are conveyed directly for frying, making the entire process highly efficient.

Work Flow
Fried Dough Twist Forming Machine: Place the prepared dough into the machine's feeding inlet. Using a combination of lead screw and hydraulic drive mechanisms, the dough is extruded through the mold, automatically shaped, and conveyed by a belt. A precision cutter then trims each piece to the desired length based on customer requirements.
Frying Machine (Optional): If needed, we can also provide a compatible frying machine. After forming, the dough twists can be fried immediately, resulting in a crispier texture and enhanced flavor.
