Working Principle
The belt-type steam blanching machine integrates blanching and cooling into a single unit and is equipped with a unique superheated steam generator, eliminating the need for a traditional boiler. It operates without pressure, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
This system delivers rapid enzyme deactivation, effective color preservation, timely dehydration, and efficient cooling-helping fruits and vegetables maintain their natural, vibrant appearance. By quickly halting enzyme activity, the machine preserves freshness, removes raw vegetable odors, enhances aroma, softens cell tissues, and improves moisture evaporation.
These processes create ideal conditions for subsequent drying and dehydration steps, ensuring a higher-quality final product.
