Working Principle
The dry powder briquette machine is driven by the main motor through a V-belt, which is transmitted to the reducer, and then to the driving shaft through a coupling, and then to a pair of open gears to ensure the synchronization of the two rollers. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder of the passive roller is supported, and the system pressure is guaranteed by the hydraulic circuit, hydraulic control valve and accumulator. The material enters the hopper of the molding machine evenly from the storage bin through the quantitative equipment, and is adjusted by the adjusting gate on the hopper to make the material enter the middle of the rollers evenly. The unit molding pressure of the rollers running at the same speed and in the opposite direction to compress the material changes from small to large. The molding pressure reaches a maximum value at the middle connecting line of the rollers. After the material passes this line, the molding pressure decreases rapidly, so that the material enters the ball-off state and the ball-off is smooth.
