1. The seed cleaning machine is a basic cleaning device that combines air separation and screening. Its air separation function is primarily accomplished by a vertical air screen.

2. The airflow speed is adjusted according to the critical velocity of the grain and impurities to achieve separation. Lighter impurities are drawn into a spiral dust collector for centralized discharge, while finer materials pass through the air screen and enter the vibrating screen.

3. The vibrating screen can be configured with two, three, or four layers to remove both large and small impurities simultaneously, separating the selected material into large, medium, and small particles, which are then discharged from different outlets. The vibrating screen's separation principle is determined by the geometric characteristics of the material. Different grain types and varieties have different sizes, and screens of different specifications can be selected to meet the sorting requirements.
