Salt Harvester Machine

The salt harvester machine is powered by a 4105 basic diesel engine. To adapt to operations in salt ponds, it features front and rear drive, rear steering, and is equipped with a lifting and delivery mechanism. It is widely used in salt field machinery production.

The medium-sized 4105 salt harvester machine is mainly suitable for salt fields where the crystal pool area is not less than 1,000 square meters, the bearing strength of the pool bottom is not less than 0.15 MPa, and the water level is less than 120 mm.

Salt Crusher
This machine includes a salt crusher that crushes large salt pieces before they enter the screw conveyor, effectively solving the issue of handling large salt chunks.

Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor operates as the machine moves forward, transferring salt from the ground to the scraper conveyor belt.

Scraper Conveyor Belt
Made of corrosion-resistant materials with a long service life, the scraper conveyor belt features a small gap under the scraper to accelerate water outflow and maintain the desired moisture level in the salt.

Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor collects the salt and can be used either on the ground or in conjunction with the salt collector.

The salt harvester machine is a combined harvester that integrates the functions of crushing, collecting, and transportation. This machine is powered by a diesel engine and features front and rear driving capabilities, along with a hydraulically operated lifting rake head. The front section is equipped with a rake head, auger, and scraper hoist, while the right side houses a conveyor belt. Salt is collected by the rake head and auger, lifted to the belt conveyor, and then transported to a coordinated salt truck.

This salt harvester is suitable for sea salt crystallization pools with an area of no less than 1,000 square meters and a pool bottom bearing capacity of at least 0.15 MPa.
