1. The rice first enters the machine through the vibrating screen and the feed port, and then reaches the cleaning and stone removal part through the elevator.
2 The stone remover cleans the impurities, soil and stones in the rice through the vibration of the machine, and then reaches the rice husker through the hopper.
4. The rubber roller in the rice husker hulls the rice, and after the husk and husk are peeled, it is transported to the vibrating screen part through the elevator
5. The vibrating screen hulls the rice that has not been peeled clean for the second time.
6. The completely hulled rice flows into the rice mill through the screening machine, and the rice mill removes the film of the rice and turns it into clean rice.
7. The finished rice is pushed out of the machine through the conveyor, and dust and impurities are screened out during the transportation process.
8. The whole work is completed, and the finished rice can be packaged by the packaging machine.
