Working Principle
1. The four-wheel tractor drives the peanut harvester machine forward, and the digging shovel is mixed into the soil at a certain angle to a depth of 10-15 cm. The peanut seedlings and soil are pushed to the conveyor chain.
2. As the roll chain moves backward, it is vibrated by the vibration shaft below the roll chain. The soil carried by the peanut seedlings is shaken off during transportation, completing the process of separating the seedlings from the soil.
3. If any peanuts fall during the soil shaking process, they will fall on the vibrating screen under the rolling chain. The vibrating screen will make a reciprocating motion to screen out the peanuts and store them in the tail collection frame.
4. The peanut seedlings continue to move backward and fall onto the seedling guide plate. The seedling guide plate guides the peanut seedlings to the left side and has been collected on the ground for easy collection.
