The maize planter is designed to work in conjunction with a tractor, primarily for precision planting of maize in either tilled or untilled fields. It can also apply granular fertilizers in rows. The machine performs multiple tasks in one pass, including furrowing for fertilization, creating seed furrows, planting, covering soil, and pressing.

Maize Planter: Equipped with no-till coulters, it can be used on wheat stubble fields. It is versatile for planting crops such as maize, soybeans, sorghum, millet, and oil sunflower; only the seeding disc needs to be changed for different crops. The planter supports simultaneous seed and fertilizer application, with adjustable plant spacing, row spacing, and seeding depth. The solid fertilizer coulters are fitted with anti-bending devices, and each planting leg features a suspension system to maintain consistent seeding depth on uneven ground. The standard model is available in 2-4 rows, while 5-8 row models can be custom-made.

1. The seed metering device offers high precision, achieving a seed qualification rate of over 80%.

6. A single gearbox adjusts the plant spacing across the machine, offering sixteen different spacing options by simply changing the gearbox ratio.

7. The gearbox control lever allows for quick and easy adjustments, controlling both radial and axial movements of the shifting wheel. All gears are made of high-quality steel and treated with carburizing, and all transmission components use high-quality rolling bearings, ensuring reliable performance.

8. The machine frame is raised, and the distance between the front and rear furrow openers is widened, reducing the issue of machine blockage during summer wheat stubble sowing.

9. A large-capacity fertilizer box and widened fertilizer tubes are used, allowing for a maximum fertilizer application rate of up to 100 kg per mu.
