The rice milling unit is a comprehensive rice processing system. The paddy enters the machine through a vibrating screen and magnetic separator, undergoes husking via rubber rollers, air separation, and husk removal by an aspirator. This machine seamlessly completes the entire processing cycle-from cleaning, husking, and bran removal to polishing-in a continuous operation. Rice husks, bran, immature grains, and polished rice are discharged separately for efficient sorting. Depending on quality requirements, the system can be equipped with an intelligent color sorter, electronic weighing, counting, coding, and packaging scales.
