Structure
1. Material Selection
We offer a range of construction materials to suit different applications, including carbon steel, manganese steel, and stainless steels such as SS304, 316L, and 321. Hybrid builds are also available-using different materials for contact and non-contact parts depending on the process requirements. A variety of surface finishes are available for stainless steel components, including sandblasting, brushing, polishing, and mirror polishing, allowing customization for both functionality and aesthetics.
2. Mixing Configuration
Our mixers can be customized with different agitator designs tailored to the properties of your raw materials. They're ideal for blending various types of powders, batch mixing of the same material, combining powders with small amounts of liquid, mixing slurries, adjusting viscosity, and blending granules with powders or other granules. They're also capable of deagglomerating clumped materials and can incorporate cooling or heating functions. Available agitator options include internal and external paddles, paddle-and-ribbon combinations, and razor-style mixers.
3. High-Efficiency Mixing Blades
Our paddle mixers feature both flat and scraper-style blades and are especially effective for handling granular, fluffy, or elastic materials. Each paddle is precisely angled and aligned with the shaft for optimal mixing performance. Blade surfaces can be enhanced for durability with wear-resistant coatings, such as alloy overlays or Teflon.
4. Discharge System
The standard discharge system features a pneumatically operated flush valve, engineered to sit flush with the mixing chamber when closed-eliminating dead zones and improving overall mixing consistency. We offer manual, pneumatic, or electric actuation options, and various valve types including powder ball valves, cylinder valves, offset butterfly valves, rotary valves, and more to match your process needs.
5. Inlet Design
Top cover inlets can be configured in multiple ways depending on process requirements. Options include manways, cleaning doors, feed inlets, venting ports, and dust extraction ports. For easy access and cleaning, we can also design the lid as a fully openable cover.
