1. The hay feed spreader truck, sold directly by the manufacturer, has been debugged and adjusted before leaving the factory. Under normal circumstances, do not adjust it casually or make any changes.

2. Adjust the tightness of the discharge port drive belt conveyor and suspension mechanism. The tightness of the transmission belt conveyor can be adjusted by sliding bearings on the adjustment rails on both sides of the passive belt drag shaft. The adjustment bolts on the fixed plate drive the passive belt drag roller to achieve uniform transportation of materials without looseness or tightness. The telescopic length of the hanging hinge mechanism has been adjusted before leaving the factory, so further adjustment is generally not required.

Main features of the spreading truck: This machine utilizes the power of a tricycle, making feeding in cattle, horses, donkeys, and sheep farms labor-saving and highly efficient. The automatic spreader truck moves freely, is easy to operate, and has low maintenance costs. It allows for batch feeding, facilitating grouping in cattle, horse, and donkey farms, and is suitable for use in cattle farms, horse farms, donkey farms, and sheep farms. The entire machine is designed based on German design principles, ensuring stable performance and a reasonable design.

The machine comprises an electric tricycle and a material spreading system. The electric tricycle serves primarily for transportation and powering the material spreading system. This system is driven by both the main conveyor and the small conveyor to facilitate feeding.

Operating principle: Upon arrival at the feeding location, activate the small conveyor control switch (left and right) first, then initiate the large conveyor and start the spreader truck simultaneously for feeding. When ceasing feeding, deactivate the large conveyor switch first, followed by the small conveyor.
