Straw Kneading Machine Applicable Scope:

The straw kneading machine is used for cutting green (dry) corn straw, rice straw, wheat straw, and forage crops. The processed materials are suitable for breeding cattle, sheep, deer, horses, and other livestock. It can also be used for biomass power generation, paper making, ethanol extraction, and more.

Notice

1. The machine should be secured to the ground, and can be stabilized with sandbags, stones, or other heavy objects. If the working location is frequently changed, the shredder and motor should be installed on a frame made of angle steel.

2. The machine should be carefully checked to ensure proper installation. Verify that the motor shaft is parallel to the shredder shaft, and check the tightness of the belt.

3. Before starting the machine, manually rotate the rotor to ensure normal and flexible operation, check for any collisions within the casing, confirm that the rotor's direction is correct, and ensure that both the motor and grinder are well-lubricated.

4. The machine should not frequently replace the wheel to prevent excessively high or low speeds.

5. Allow the machine to run for 2 to 3 minutes after starting.

6. Feed the machine uniformly. If there is noise, an increase in bearing and body temperature, or any outward spraying, stop the machine immediately and troubleshoot.

7. Staff should carefully inspect the material before starting the machine to prevent hard materials such as metal and stone from entering the crushing chamber.

8. When delivering material, staff should stand to the side of the straw pulverizer to avoid being hit by ejected debris. When crushing long stems, do not grip them too tightly to prevent hands from being drawn in.

9. Stop feeding before shutting down. After all material is cleared from the machine, cut off the power supply. Perform cleaning and maintenance after shutdown.
