Working principle of Groundnut Shell Separator:
The Groundnut Shell Separator consists of a frame, fan, rotor, dual motors, screens (two types of large and small), hopper, vibrating screen, V-shaped pulley, and its transmission V-belt. After the machine is in normal operation, the peanuts are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly, and continuously. The peanuts are broken under the repeated impact of the rotor, and the peanut kernels and broken peanut shells pass through a certain aperture under the rotational wind pressure and impact of the rotor. Filter and separate using a screen (large-hole screen is used for the first time peanuts are threshed, and small-hole screens are used for the second shelling of small peel fruits after cleaning). Under the blowing force of the rotating fan, the peanut shells and grains are blown out of the machine, while the heavier peanut grains are screened through the vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Xuzhong peanut shelling machine uses suspended casing shelling, wind primary selection, specific gravity secondary separation and cleaning, and the selected peanut kernels can be automatically transferred into sacks.
