1. This product is mainly used for cleaning raw grains before processing. Its main structure consists of an automatic feeding device, a double-layer vibrating screen device, and a specific gravity stone removing device.

Under the action of wind, the raw grain enters the triangular discharger through the grain inlet pipe and flows into the upper layer of the cleaning sieve. During the transportation of the raw grain, lightweight impurities are separated and discharged through the fan of the light impurity separation system (attach a fine cloth bag about 3 meters long at the light impurity outlet). After entering the cleaning sieve, materials larger than the raw grain, such as corn cobs, and impurities smaller than the raw grain are discharged through the upper and lower layers of the cleaning sieve, respectively. The raw grain remains on the middle layer of the cleaning sieve, where it moves to the system for removing infected seeds and corn cobs under the oscillation of the sieve. Infected seeds and corn cobs are removed from the outlet due to the shaking of the system sieve and the inverted scale mesh. The raw grain then enters the next system for removing stones, where stones are expelled towards the stone exit as they are sifted upwards under the action of the stone removal sieve and inverted scale mesh. The cleaned and impurity-free raw grain is finally discharged from the grain outlet.
