Working Flow

1. Put the raw materials into crusher. The crusher has single shaft, double shaft and other types for customers choice;

2. The material is sent to the cooking machine through screw conveyor, using steam/electric heating.

3. After the material is processed by screw pressing, dry it to finished product.

4. The fish oil will be separated from liquid by centrifugation and natural sedimentation method, and the soluble protein liquid is concentrated by vacuum and dried to high quality fish meal;

5. The dried material is ground into powder by a mill;

6. At the same time, can use filter to make fine particles;
