We assured them that we had previously tested the machine with various parts of crabs, and the machine performed well, so there was no need to worry. The machine has two consumable parts: the belt and the drum. The drum mesh size is customizable, and customers can purchase spare drums along with the machine for easy use and replacement. The customer ultimately chose two drum sizes (2.7mm and 3mm) and one belt.
