An Algerian greenhouse grower recently contacted us looking for a better way to handle seedling production. Until now, his team had been placing seeds into trays completely by hand, one seed at a time. The process was slow, labor-intensive, and difficult to keep consistent, especially during busy planting seasons. In some cases, the delays even affected germination timing and slowed down the overall crop cycle.
The customer grows lettuce, tomatoes, strawberries, and watermelons, and he wanted one machine that could work for all four crops. His trays are all the same size - 54 × 27 × 5 cm - which made it easier for us to recommend a suitable solution. After discussing the project with our engineers, we suggested the Model 80-2 nursery seedling machine.

This nursery seedlings machine combines soil filling, precision seeding, soil covering, and watering in one continuous process, helping growers save both labor and time while improving sowing consistency. We shared machine photos, working videos, and examples from previous export projects so the customer could better understand how the machine performs in real production environments. Since this model has already been shipped to many countries, he was also confident in its reliability and practical performance.

Before delivery, we fully tested and adjusted the machine and sent the testing video to the customer for confirmation. We also recorded a simple operation guide showing how to change the seeding strips for trays with different cell counts, making future operation much easier for his workers. To support daily maintenance, we included a complimentary toolkit with the shipment as well.

For growers who are still relying on manual seeding, upgrading to an automated seedling machine can greatly improve efficiency and increase production capacity. We offer different models for different crops, tray sizes, and production requirements, and we are always happy to help customers find the most suitable solution for their greenhouse operations.
